(一) SD-Na在我院收治流脑中为常用药物,通常以葡萄糖注射液稀释后供静点用,对其配伍及使用方法曾做过多次实验。方法是与10%葡萄糖,5%葡萄糖、0.9%氯化钠注射液及注射用水四组液体,分别配制成0.2%、0.5%、1%、2%、3%、4%、5%SD-Na浓度,测pH值,并放置观察析出结晶时间。 1.析出结晶与药液pH值、浓度的关系四组不同浓度的配伍液,其pH值随着浓度增高而增高、在2~5%的SD-Na浓度范围内,结晶出现,则浓度高者反而时间短。例如与10%葡萄糖注射液配伍,SD-Na浓度为2%时,pH为9.0,历时90分钟出
