患者女，7岁。于1996年7月出现牙痛，继而同侧面颊部肿胀。先后两次摄片检查，诊断为右下颌骨骨髓炎，先后两次行开髓刮治术，效果欠佳。病程中左大腿剧痛，几日后逐渐缓解。后又发现左大腿内侧有一质硬包块，于1996年11月22日来我院口腔科求治。入院查体：生命体征平衡，一般 Female patient, 7 years old. The toothache developed in July 1996, followed by swelling of the cheeks in the same side. After two radiography examinations, the diagnosis of right osteomandibular osteomyelitis was performed twice, and the results were poor. Pain in the left thigh during the course of the disease gradually eased after a few days. Later, he found that there was a hard mass inside the left thigh. He came to our department of dentistry on November 22, 1996 for treatment. Admission examination: balance of vital signs, general
