Objective: To investigate the relationship between mood disorders and age and heart rate variability (HRV) in breast cancer patients and to analyze the effect of respiratory training on HRV in patients with breast cancer. Methods: A total of 100 breast cancer patients hospitalized in our hospital from March to July 2014 were selected. DASS21 questionnaire and HRV test were also performed. Among them, 46 patients received voluntary training in respiration regulation. After practicing for 1 day, they recorded the second day Short-term HRV before and after intervention, and analysis of HRV differences among breast cancer patients of different ages. Results: There was no significant difference in HRV between breast cancer patients of different ages and different emotional states (P> 0.05). The HRV of respiration training intervention was significantly lower than that before intervention (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Respiratory regulation training can improve autonomic nervous function and improve quality of life in patients with breast cancer.
