Zhejiang Province “2015 Annual County (city, district) scientific and technological progress statistics monitoring report” recently released, Zhuji City, scientific and technological progress changes in the comprehensive evaluation results, for 5 consecutive years ranked Shaoxing counties (cities, districts) first. It is understood that the results are based on the contents of five first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators and 27 third-level monitoring indicators from the overall strength of science and technology, the level of scientific and technological progress, and the comprehensive evaluation of changes in 2014. In recent years, Zhuji Municipal Party Committee and municipal government attach great importance to scientific and technological innovation and take innovation-driven strategy as the lead. Focusing on the construction of Zhejiang pilot cities, the independent innovation has risen from science and technology strategy and industrial strategy level to regional development strategy and policy orientation. Focus on the structure
