本文通过实例对大重合度齿轮和普通齿轮的各项性能进行了计算及对比试验,分析了大重合度齿轮在改善载荷分配、减小动载、提高承载能力等方面的诸多特点;并提出了大重合度直齿轮副的优化设计方法.
In this paper, various performances of heavy overlap gear and ordinary gear are calculated and compared by examples. The characteristics of heavy overlap gear in improving load distribution, reducing dynamic load and increasing bearing capacity are analyzed. Optimum design method of large coincidence degree spur gear pair.
