目的研究不同的精液处理方法以及脱颗粒时机与胚胎质量的相关性;方法选取山西煤炭中心医院辅助生殖科进行试辅助生殖助孕患者20名,共获得优质卵子280枚,随机分为两组A和B组,A组用常规精液处理的方法处理精液,B组用加精前预处理精子的方法处理精液;加精六小时后再将A组随机分为两组A1和A2组,B组随机分为两组B1和B2组,A1和B1组长时(加精后16h)脱颗粒,A2和B2组短时(加精后6h)脱颗粒,取卵后3天分别比较四组的优质胚胎率。结果 B2组的优质胚胎率高于A1,A2和B1,差具有统计学意义;A2组优质胚胎率高于A1,B1,差异有统计学意义。结论精液处理方法和脱颗粒时机的选择在优质胚胎率的形成过程中有重要的作用,两者同时作用对优质胚胎的形成至关重要。

Conclusion The choice of semen processing and timing of degranulation plays an important role in the formation of high quality embryos, and the simultaneous action of both is crucial for the formation of high quality embryos.
