通过给沙鼠食入高脂饲料建立沙鼠高脂血症模型,同时观察肝脏和心肌中各种酯酶的活性变化,进而对中药鸦胆子油乳剂的降脂作用及降脂机制进行了探讨。结果表明,在高脂组,肝脏组织总脂解酶活性(LA)降低;心肌和肝脏的脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)活性均明显降低,而肝甘油三酯脂肪酶(HTGL)活性无明显改变。给高脂血症沙鼠食入鸦胆子油乳剂(BJO)后,肝脏及心肌中的LA活性和HTGL活性无明显改变,但LPL活性增高
The model of gerbil hyperlipidemia was established by ingesting high fat diet into the gerbils and the change of the activity of various esterases in the liver and myocardium were observed at the same time, and then the lipid-lowering mechanism and lipid-lowering mechanism of the Brucea javanica oil emulsion were discussed .
