目的:建立齿瓣石斛HPLC特征图谱。方法:采用Zorbax SB-Aq色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%甲酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长分别为270 nm及340 nm,柱温为35℃。结果:在270 nm检测波长条件下,齿瓣石斛标示出34个特征共有峰,10批样品的相似度为0.919~0.968;在340 nm检测波长条件下,专属性地检出10个黄酮类特征共有峰,10批样品的相似度为0.882~0.981。齿瓣石斛鲜品检出与齿瓣石斛基本一致的特征共有峰,相似度大于0.9。部分市售齿瓣石斛不同程度掺假兜唇石斛。结论:方法准确可靠,重复性好,为齿瓣石斛的质量控制提供了方法依据。
Objective: To establish HPLC characteristic map of Dendrobium candidum. Methods: Zorbax SB-Aq column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid solution (gradient elution) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and 340 nm, respectively. Results: At the detection wavelength of 270 nm, Dendrobium odontobarius showed 34 characteristic common peaks and the similarity of 10 batches of samples was 0.919-0.968. Under the detection wavelength of 340 nm, 10 flavonoids were exclusively detected The common peak, the similarity of 10 batches of samples is 0.882 ~ 0.981. Flap fresh Dendrobium detected Dendrobium tooth Dendrobium basically the same characteristics of the common peak, the similarity is greater than 0.9. Dendrobium some commercially available Dendrobium Dendrobium adulterate different degrees. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable with good repeatability and provides a method basis for the quality control of Dendrobium candidum.
