[Objective] To analyze the incidence of malignant tumors in Tianjin residents from 2010 to 2012. [Methods] Tumor monitoring data of household permanent residents in Tianjin from 2010 to 2012 were analyzed to calculate the incidence rate of crude disease, standardized incidence rate, composition ratio, population standardization rate in China, world population standardization rate and cumulative rate (0-74 Years old) and the rate of contraction (35 ~ 64 years old). Jointing regression analysis was used to analyze the trend of age-related morbidity. [Results] The incidence of malignant tumors in Tianjin from 2010 to 2012 was 275.06 / 100 000 (279.43 / 100,000 males and 270.66 / 100 females), the winning rate was 165.87 / 100 000 and the world standard rate was 160.67 / 100 000, accumulating The rate (0-74 years old) was 18.32%, and the rate of contraction (35-64 years old) was 257.43 / 100000. The prevalence in urban areas was 341.23 / 100,000 (350.20 / 100,000 for males and 332.17 / females for females), with a successful rate of 181.62 / 100 000; the incidence in rural areas was 206.23 / 100,000 (205.84 / 100,000 males and 206.63 / 100,000), the successful rate was 145.34 / 100,000. The top 5 malignant tumors in Tianjin were lung cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer and gastric cancer in turn. During 2010 ~ 2012, the incidence of malignant tumors in Tianjin showed a steady upward trend. [Conclusion] Lung cancer, breast cancer and digestive system tumors pose a serious threat to the health of Tianjin residents. Tianjin should continue to improve its cancer surveillance system and push forward the construction of a comprehensive cancer prevention and control network, laying the foundation for curbing cancer growth and reducing the burden of cancer diseases.
