前言脑波作为反映脑机能的一种手段,无疑对临床是有用的,但在分析判断时不能否认尚缺乏客观性,不能定量,随着电子计算机技术的进步,可通过多频道诱导法对脑波进行处理,并加之信号程序技术开发已被应用于情报处理领域,把动态的脑波变成静态的,表示为定量的地图形脑电图的研究已有不少报导。我们抽出各种不同频率的脑波活动,导出等价电位,并为了做成地图形开发了算法规则系统,使成为二次元表示系统(Compufer TopographicEEG简称为CTE),即计算机地图形脑电图,现以此为主题对闭塞性脑血管方面的研究叙述如下:
