目的评价补肾强骨方联合补钙剂治疗老年性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法将门诊诊治的老年骨质疏松症患者200例随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。对照组单纯服用钙尔奇D,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予补肾强骨方,治疗3个月后,观察2组治疗前后的疗效、主要症状分值变化和骨密度变化。结果治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月随访并进一步检查,2组患者症状均有明显改善,且治疗组改善情况更明显。治疗组骨密度显著升高(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾强骨方能明显改善老年骨质疏松症患者疼痛症状和中医临床症状,改善骨密度,临床疗效肯定。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Bushen Qiangufang combined with calcium supplement in the treatment of senile osteoporosis. Methods 200 elderly patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 100 cases. The control group was treated with Calcium D only. The treatment group was given Bushen Qianggu recipe on the basis of the control group. After 3 months of treatment, the curative effect, main symptom scores and bone mineral density of the two groups were observed. Results One month, two months and three months after treatment, follow-up and further examination showed that the symptoms of both groups were significantly improved, and the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious. The bone mineral density in the treatment group was significantly higher (P <0.05), and the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Bushen Qianggu Recipe can significantly improve the pain symptoms and clinical symptoms of elderly patients with osteoporosis and improve bone mineral density, clinical efficacy is certainly.
