瘦司Andy经历回放Andy是一名销售主管,工作业绩卓越,是公司里很多人羡慕的对象。但是生活上却有个问题一直困扰着她:几年来,Andy的睡眠状况一直不好,平均每晚只睡三四个小时。最近一段时间,她的食欲不断增加,胖了将近5kg。Andy找到一位营养师,希望通过调整饮食结构来瘦身,但出乎意料的是,营养师对她做的第一件事,并不是改善饮食结构,而是改善她的睡眠状况。

But in life there was a problem that bothered her all the time: for a few years, Andy had been in a poor sleep state, sleeping an average of only three or four hours a night. Recently, her appetite increased, fat nearly 5kg. Andy found a dietitian hoping to slim down by adjusting his diet, but unexpectedly the first thing nutritionists did to her was not to improve the diet but to improve her sleep.
