在高职院校的思想政治教育工作中,往往重视培养高职学生的思想品德素质、科学文化素质、能力素质和身体素质,只关注社会对个人的思想政治道德规范方面的要求,而严重忽视学生的心理素质,从而影响了思想政治教育的实效性。笔者认为为了提高高职院校思想政治教育的实效,必须将思想政治教育与心理健康教育有机结合起来。
