培养人才是开发利用人才的重要环节。国外企业的成功经验,就在于高度重视人才的培育,并将其作为加强企业管理、深化企业改革的重要组成部分。中国的企业在培育人才方面,应始终贯彻理论联系实际、学用一致、按需分配、讲求实效的原则,适应社会、经济、科技发展的需要,特别是针对企业发展本身需要来确定培训内容和目标,努力提高人才的动手和动脑能力,充分发挥人才在企业中的主观能动性。
