目的:了解乡级计划生育技术机构感染管理的现状并针对存在的不足探讨相应的对策。方法:2011年4～6月,以乡镇计划生育服务机构许可证校验现场技术审查为契机,对感染管理工作进行了调查。结果:发现的问题很多,需进一步改善,像技术人员对这方面问题不够重视,卫生管理方案制定的不够全面,无菌操作意识不够强,医疗废物的不合理分类,缺少感染管理的培训等。结论:乡级计划生育技术机构感染管理存在着较多的不足,应提高技术管理人员的院感意识,增加医院感染方面的知识培训,制定健全的卫生管理方案,提高无菌操作意识。
Objective: To understand the status quo of infection management in township family planning technical institutes and to explore corresponding countermeasures according to the existing problems. Methods: From April to June 2011, an investigation was carried out on the site of infection control through the examination of on-site technical examination of the permit of the family planning service of township hospitals. Results: Many problems were found to be further improved. For example, technicians did not pay enough attention to this issue, the health management program was not fully developed, the awareness of aseptic operation was not strong enough, the classification of medical waste was irrational and the training of infection management was lacking. Conclusion: There are many deficiencies in the management of infection at the township level family planning technical institutes. It is necessary to improve the sense of nosy and increase the knowledge of hospital infection in technical management personnel, establish a sound health management plan and raise awareness of aseptic practices.
