液固两相流弯管中砂粒冲蚀实验与数值模拟分析

使用实验方法观察分析了液固两相流对弯管冲蚀的形貌,通过建立ANSYS/LS-DYNA模型分析了液固两相流流速和角度对管壁冲蚀破坏的影响情况,结果表明:液固两相流对弯管冲蚀作用显著,且冲蚀作用具有明显的方向性;冲蚀坑深与冲击速度基本上呈正相关,冲蚀坑深与冲击角度也基本上呈正相关,冲蚀坑的深度由冲击速度和冲击角度共同决定;当冲击速度为50m/s时,冲蚀坑深度达到4.37μm,表明液固两相流的冲蚀对管道的破坏是不可忽视的。
