国内学者在该课题的研究方面 ,曾提出过一些观点。但这些观点仍存有一些缺憾。我认为解决该课题有三个理论前提 :1管理模式要素在理论上即为管理要素 ;2管理模式要素只有在一定系统中才能得到确认 ;3确认管理模式结构要素 ,是实现主观与客观相统一的过程。以此为根据 ,本文提出应当以管理哲学和管理学的过程理论为划分管理模式要素的标准 ,并分别用这两个标准来划分继续教育管理模式之结构要素
Domestic scholars have put forward some opinions on the research of this subject. However, there are still some shortcomings in these views. I think there are three theoretical preconditions to solve this problem: 1, the elements of management mode are the management elements in theory; 2, the elements of management mode can be confirmed only in certain systems; 3, the structural elements of management mode are confirmed to realize the unity of subjective and objective process. Based on this, this paper proposes that the process of management philosophy and management theory should be used as the criterion to divide the elements of management mode, and the two criteria should be used to divide the elements of continuing education management
