案例简介:2013年12月,丹麦嘉士伯集团经国资委、商务部和证监会批准,对重庆啤酒股份有限公司(600132)发起了部分要约,成功收购了30.29%的股份,将其持股份额提升至60%,取得了绝对控股地位。本案例是在《外国投资者对上市公司战略投资管理办法》框架下首个以要约收购单一方式完成的外商战略投资A股上市公司的交易,克服了法律空白所带来的不确定性,对完善外资战投的法律体系起到了积极的推动作用。
