由我院承担的“液力变矩器用壳型砂试验研究”项目已于1986年2月2日通过验收。某厂目前按照国外提供的图纸和工艺生产两种规格的液力变矩器内的泵轮、涡轮和导轮为铝合金铸件,叶片系三度空间扭曲,形状复杂,铸件的尺寸精度和光洁度要求较高(尤其是油路的表面)。现采用“金属外型+壳型砂芯组芯”的方法生产铸件。制芯所用的壳型砂要求较高,由于多方面原因,该厂无法制备,多年来一直从日本进口。这样既增加了生产成本,又花费了外汇。为了改变这一状况,由工厂委托我院进行液力变矩器用壳型砂的试验研究。通过对液力变矩器铸件的特点及铸造工艺分析
