对妊娠37至42周在我院住院分娩的85例活婴,于出生后90至255天,进行神经行为检查。围产期具备高危因素一项或以上者为观察组共40例,无高危因素者为对照组45例。结果显示,两组婴幼儿智能量分比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),运动量分差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:围产期高危因素对婴幼儿神经行为发育的影响表现在智能量分异常。
Eighty-five live babies admitted to our hospital from 37 to 42 weeks of gestation performed neurobehavioral tests 90 to 255 days after birth. Perinatal period with one or more risk factors for the observation group of 40 cases, no risk factors for the control group of 45 cases. The results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01), there was no significant difference in exercise scores between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The impact of perinatal risk factors on neurobehavioral development in infants and young children is characterized by abnormal intelligence scores.
