目的了解职业技术学院学生健康素养现状,分析影响因素,为职业技术类院校开展健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层抽样方法,抽取广州市岭南职业技术学院3个年级410名学生进行自填问卷调查,回收有效问卷401份(医学相关专业50份,非医学相关专业351份),有效率97.80%。结果医学相关专业与非医学相关专业学生3类健康素养水平分别为58.55%、55.20%、68.78%和79.78%、68.29%、84.57%;医学相关专业健康素养水平三年级高于二年级(P<0.05),女生高于男生(P<0.05);非医学相关专业中一、二年级学生健康素养水差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三年级高于一、二年级(均P<0.05),女生与男生差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论职业技术学院学生健康素养水平较低,学校应积极开展健康教育工作,规范健康教育课程,提高学生健康素养水平。
Objective To understand the status quo of students' health literacy in vocational and technical colleges, analyze the influencing factors and provide a scientific basis for carrying out health education in vocational and technical colleges. Methods By stratified sampling method, 410 students from three grades in Lingnan Vocational and Technical College of Guangzhou were investigated by self-administered questionnaire. 401 valid questionnaires (50 medical-related majors and 351 non-medical-related majors) were collected and the effective rate was 97.80% . Results The levels of health literacy of medical related majors and non-medical majors were 58.55%, 55.20%, 68.78% and 79.78%, 68.29% and 84.57% respectively. The health literacy level of medical related majors was higher than that of the second grade in the third grade (P < (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in health literacy among first grade and second grade students in non-medical majors (P> 0.05), the third grade was higher than the first grade and the second grade (P <0.05) ), No significant difference between girls and boys (P> 0.05). Conclusion The level of students' health literacy in vocational and technical colleges is low. Schools should actively carry out health education, standardize health education curricula and improve their health literacy.
