中化泉州石化有限公司隶属于国有重要骨干企业中国中化集团公司,是集原油采购、运输、炼制及成品油销售为一体的大型炼化企业。公司位于福建省泉州市泉惠石化工业园区。当期炼油项目年加工能力为1200万吨,是国家“十二五”规划重点建设项目,项目设有常减压蒸馏、加氢裂化、连续重整、催化裂化、延迟焦化、聚丙烯等19套生产装置以及配套的码头仓储设施,在装置规模、工艺路线、工艺组合、产品质量、产品适应性、环保设施、能耗水平等方面达到先进水平。
Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned refining and petrochemical enterprise integrating the procurement, transportation, refining and marketing of refined oil products under the ownership of the state-owned key backbone enterprise Sinochem Corporation. Company is located in Quanzhou, Fujian Quan Hui Petrochemical Industry Park. The annual refining capacity of the current refinery project is 12 million tons. It is a key national “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” key construction project with atmospheric and vacuum distillation, hydrocracking, continuous reforming, catalytic cracking, delayed coking, polypropylene, etc. 19 sets of production facilities and supporting the terminal storage facilities, in the scale of the device, process routes, technology portfolio, product quality, product adaptability, environmental protection facilities, energy consumption level reached the advanced level.
