钻孔是钳工技能高考的必考操作项目,也是钳工日常实习教学的重点和难点。钻孔就是在实体材料上加工出孔的方法,是钳工技能基本操作训练中的重要内容之一。用一般的麻花钻在台式钻床上钻孔,其钻孔精度往往只能达到±0.2 mm~±0.3 mm,表面粗糙度Ra12.5 mm,中级钳工钻孔位置误差应小于±0.10 mm,表面粗糙度为Ra3.2 mm。因此,要钻出形状、位置、尺寸精度高的孔就不容易了。正确掌握钻孔要领对钻孔的加工质量至关重要。对口单招钳工实习教学要求学生钳工技能达到中级工要求,孔的位置误差≤±0.10 mm,学生往往对于钻孔的位置精度掌握不够,位置精度超差比较大。
