一、先学后教,转变教师教学观念1.作为新时期的初中语文教师,首先应用发展的目光来看现在的时代,创造性地转变自己的教学观念。语文教育本来就缘自于生活,是生活的反映。我们应该清楚地认识到,随着历史的发展,社会的进步,以前如死水一潭、活力不再的“灌注式”语文教学弊端——肢解文章的分析、纯知识的训练、纯技巧技能的强化,学习为了考试的“应试教育”境地,对新时期教育是极不利的。应把握新的课改在九年义务教育阶段的起始年级“闪亮登场”的机会,来更新我们的思想,
