本文用镜面反射显微镜对部份穿透角膜移植术后10天~24年的105例(107眼)作了植片内皮照相检查。发现: 1.植片内皮细胞密度均较正常角膜明显降低(500~2386/mm~2)。 2.术后半年至1年后,内皮细胞界线才比较明显、细胞的损失率才趋于稳定。 3.植片内皮细胞大小形态及排列亦有所改变;细胞密度越高则大小形态越均匀,排列也越整齐;相反,细胞密度越小,则细胞的大小形态越参差不齐,排列越不规则。 4.在某些植片内皮上可见黑区和黑带;几乎所有植片与植床之间均可见到一条约0.2—0.5mm宽的环形黑带。 5.植片内皮细胞密度与术后时间呈负相关(r=-0.325 P<0.001)。
In this paper, 105 cases (107 eyes) with partial penetrating keratoplasty after 10 days to 24 years were examined by means of specular reflection microscope. The results showed that: 1. The density of endothelial cells in the explant was significantly lower than that in the normal cornea (500 ~ 2386 / mm ~ 2). 2. After six months to 1 year after the endothelial cell line was more obvious, the cell loss rate tends to be stable. 3. The shape and arrangement of the size and arrangement of the endothelial cell in the plant also changed; the higher the cell density, the more uniform the size and shape, the more orderly arrangement; on the contrary, the smaller the cell density, the more uneven the size and shape of the cells, the less arranged rule. 4. Black and black bands were visible on the endothelium of some of the implants; a circular black band of about 0.2-0.5 mm wide was observed between almost all the implants and the implant bed. The density of endothelial cells in the graft was negatively correlated with postoperative time (r = -0.325 P <0.001).
