近年来,为了实现“学校有特色、教学有特点、学生有特长”的办学目标,我校在教育科研工作中进行了积极的探索。作为一校之长,我认为自己不仅应是一个行政执行者,也应是教育科研的行家里手。走科研兴校内涵发展之路我校牢固树立“科研兴教、科研兴校”的思想,狠抓教育科研工作,在由专人负责教科室的基础上,逐步构建了学校校长室——教导处——教科室和各教研组——课题组——任课教师组成的“双线”科研管理网络,建立健全了一系列管理规章制度,保证了过程的落实。
