为实现管道运行的安全平稳控制,长距离输油管道调度过程中应该采用有效控制策略、运行波动最小控制策略和全线节流最小策略。阐述了每个优化控制策略的具体意义,有效控制策略是通过恰当调节进出站压力设定值,使管道系统处于被有效控制的状态;运行波动最小策略是使管道沿线压力、流量波动尽可能小;全线节流最小策略是使全线能量浪费最少。给出了实际调度过程中可以借鉴的控制方法,对全线节流最小的控制目标给出了数学模型。这些调度优化控制策略可以有效指导中控调度员的控制操作,提高安全、平稳、高效调控的能力。
In order to achieve safe and stable operation of pipeline operation, effective control strategy, minimum fluctuation control strategy and minimum throttle strategy should be adopted in the long-distance pipeline scheduling process. The effective control strategy is to adjust the pressure setting value of the inbound and outbound stations so that the piping system is effectively controlled. The minimum fluctuation strategy is to make the pressure along the pipeline and the flow fluctuation as small as possible ; The minimum throttle is the minimum across the board to minimize energy waste. The control method which can be used in the actual scheduling process is given, and the mathematical model is given for the control target with the least throttling of the whole line. These scheduling optimization control strategies can effectively guide the control dispatcher control operations, improve the safe, smooth and efficient regulation and control capabilities.
