近年来国内的许多临床和科研工作证明峰龄具有免疫调节和抗肿瘤的作用,作者用移植性LA795小鼠转移性肺腺癌细胞,接种在T-739小鼠体内,用放疗、热疗和合并伍用峰龄,观察峰龄对荷瘤小鼠胸腺T细胞的增殖状况及正常小鼠经峰龄处理后,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞机能和形态结构的变化。仅用峰龄就能明显提高荷瘤鼠胸腺T细胞增殖分化,峰龄与放疗、热疗合并应用与相应对照组比也能明显提高荷瘤鼠胸腺T细胞增殖。用峰龄激活的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞除鸡红细胞吞噬率提高外,尚能溶解肝癌细胞。巨噬细胞的功能包括免疫性和非免疫性,激活的巨噬细胞除能溶解肿瘤细胞并能分泌多种细胞因子,激活B、T细胞并和B、T细胞互相合作提高机体免疫功能,增强机体对肿瘤的抵抗能力。
