在重型低速传动中,尤其在初轧机中,垫板式万向联轴器应用较广,虽然目前在某些方面逐渐被十字头滚动轴承式或齿接手式联轴器所代替,但武钢从日本引进的1700热轧带钢粗轧机及上海宝刚从日本引进的1300轧机,也还是采用它;同时国内还有很多设备大量采用这种型式,因此在短时期内它还不能被淘汰,这就要求我们针对现有设备,发扬优点,克服缺点,在节约的前提下加以改选,使老设备发挥更大作用。目前这种机构的缺点在实用中主要为润滑不良,有嗓音冲击和扁头开裂,如能解决,则还不失为一种较合适的机构。作者试图从运动分析、静强度、疲劳、断裂力学、扭振方面作理论计算分析,并以电测应力、三维光弹、有限单元法分析(尚未完成)作为手段来探讨,最后提出改进措施。由于篇幅所限,本文重点放在运动分析、扭振分析及电测、光弹三方面,其它只作简单介绍,同时因计算部分较冗长,一般只列出基本内容及数字结果,详细可参阅专题部分。本文是结合上钢五厂750初轧机实例进行各项分析的。

The author attempts to make theoretical calculation and analysis from the aspects of motion analysis, static strength, fatigue, fracture mechanics and torsional vibration, and discusses the methods of measuring electrical stress, three-dimensional photoelasticity and finite element analysis (yet to be completed). Due to space constraints, this article focuses on the three aspects of motion analysis, torsional vibration analysis and electrical measurement, photoelasticity, the rest is only a brief introduction, at the same time due to the calculation is more lengthy, generally only lists the basic content and numerical results, see Thematic section. This article is based on the case of 750 steel rolling mill on the first five cases of various analysis.
