目前,随着气象事业的快速发展,气象部门对人才的需求与人才资源建设间的矛盾日益突出,人才资源发展的体制问题成为各气象部门迫切需要解决的问题。气象部门在人才资源建设方面仍然存在着一定程度的困难,因此,必须不断提高自己,加强对气象部门人才资源的建设,使其与当前社会经济发展的需要相适应。由此,结合南阳市气象局的具体实践,在对人才资源建设现状进行简要分析的基础上,针对人才资源建设过程中存在的问题提出合理的发展对策,使人才资源能够更好地为气象事业服务。
At present, with the rapid development of meteorological services, the contradiction between the demand for talents and the construction of human resources in the meteorological department has become increasingly prominent. The institutional problems in the development of human resources have become the urgent problems to be solved by various meteorological departments. The meteorological department still has some difficulties in the construction of human resources. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly improve itself and strengthen the building of human resources in the meteorological department so as to adapt to the needs of the current social and economic development. Therefore, on the basis of a brief analysis of the current situation of talent resource construction in light of the specific practice of Nanyang Meteorological Bureau, aiming at the problems existing in the process of human resource construction, a reasonable development countermeasure is proposed so that the human resource can better serve the meteorological cause service.
