石化产业资源、资金、技术密集,产业关联度高,经济总量大,对促进相关产业升级和拉动经济增长具有举足轻重的作用。炼油和乙烯是整个石化产业的龙头,有炼油和乙烯才有后续的有机化工原料、合成材料,进而形成石化产业链。炼油、乙烯等大型石化项目投资大、拉动内需作用强,有助于提振处于低迷的相关产业,其调整和振兴对整个石化产业发展、市场回暖与走强意义重大。
Petrochemical industry resources, capital, technology-intensive industries with high correlation, the total economy, to promote the upgrading of related industries and stimulating economic growth play an decisive role.
