Since 1982, the reform of the supply and marketing cooperatives has gone through three stages: “recovering three properties,” “five breakthroughs,” and “six developments.” All work has achieved breakthroughs. With the continuous development of the situation, how is the reform of supply and marketing cooperatives deepened? The County Supply and Marketing Cooperative made some initial attempts. While doing a good job in the responsibility system for contracted operations and strengthening internal management, they also cooperated with the adjustment of rural industrial structure and established a method of “jointly establishing a partnership with farmers” according to the actual conditions of their own regions and departments.
