应用分形理论，建立了用黑稻壳颗粒合成氮化硅粉末的分数维反应模型．计算结果表明：在以氨气作为氮化气源时其合成反应速率是受化学反应控制的；达到相同的转化率时，黑稻壳颗粒表面结构的分维数越大，其相对反应时间越短．
Fractal theory was used to establish a fractal reaction model of silicon nitride powders synthesized from black rice husk particles. The results show that the synthetic reaction rate is controlled by chemical reaction when ammonia gas is used as the source of nitrogen gas. When the same conversion is reached, the larger the fractal dimension of the surface structure of black rice hull particles, the longer the relative reaction time short.
