目的研究苦石莲的抗肿瘤活性成分。方法采用柱色谱技术对苦石莲的提取物进行分离纯化,采用波谱技术结合化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果从苦石莲提取物中分离得到了12个化合物,包括8个卡山烷型二萜类化合物,分别鉴定为neocaesalpin A(1)、neocaesalpin B(2)、neocaesalpin L(3)、caesalpinin MD(4)、neocaesalpin MA(5)、neocaesalpin H(6)、neocaesalpin P(7)、chagreslactone(8)、β-香树素(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)、胡萝卜苷(11)和没食子酸(12)。结论化合物8为首次从云实属植物中分离得到,化合物4~7为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1和4具有一定的抑制肿瘤细胞增殖作用。
Objective To study the anti-tumor active ingredients of Kalanchoe lotus. Methods Column chromatography was used to separate and purify the extract of Kadsura lotus. The structure was identified by spectroscopy and chemical methods. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the extracts of Kadsura lotus, including eight kabane diterpenoids identified as neocaesalpin A (1), neocaesalpin B (2), neocaesalpin L (3), caesalpinin MD (4), neocaesalpin MA (5), neocaesalpin H (6), neocaesalpin P (7), chagreslactone (8), β-amygdalin Gallic acid (12). Conclusion Compound 8 was isolated from the genus Genus for the first time. Compounds 4 to 7 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1 and 4 have some inhibitory effects on tumor cell proliferation.
