目的研究鸭儿芹Cryptotaenia japonica全草的化学成分。方法运用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从鸭儿芹全草中分离出13个化合物,分别鉴定为木栓酮(1)、豆甾醇-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(2)、豆甾醇(3)、香叶木素(4)、芹菜素(5)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸乙酯(6)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、绿原酸(8)、香草酸(9)、木犀草素(10)、洋川芎内酯I(11)、咖啡酸(12)、香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(13)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of whole plant Cryptotaenia japonica. Methods A variety of chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification. The structures of the compounds were identified based on the physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Duckweed and identified as xylitol (1), stigmasterol-7,22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β- (4), apigenin (5), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ethyl ester (6), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (7), chlorogenic acid (8), vanillic acid (9), luteolin (10), oriental lactone I (11), caffeic acid - glucoside (13). Conclusion All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
