甲胎蛋白(AFP)作为肝癌的肿瘤标志物已被公认,所以理想的肝癌模型亦应AFP阳性,本文探讨了我国自行培育的615小鼠移植性肝癌(H615)中血清及癌组织内AFP的存在情况。用埋块法接种H615于30只雄性615小鼠腋部皮下,在接种后73天,其瘤块最大横直径乘积为2.81±1.24cm~2时。自眼眶静脉丛取血,并取出肝癌,分别用抗615小鼠AFP单相抗血清与患瘤动物血清进行琼脂及对流电泳,其阳性率达80%,在另20例接种该瘤84天后的动物血清,经对流电泳检测其AFP全部阳性,定量结果为31306±16066ng/ml。肝癌组织用免
Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) has been recognized as a tumor marker of liver cancer, so the ideal liver cancer model should also be positive for AFP. This article explored the serum and AFP levels in transplanted liver cancer (H615) in 615 mice in China. There is a situation. H615 was inoculated subcutaneously on the ankles of 30 male 615 mice by embedding method. At 73 days after inoculation, the maximum transverse diameter product of the tumor mass was 2.81±1.24 cm-2. The blood was taken from the orbital venous plexus and the liver cancer was removed. The anti-615 mouse AFP monophasic antiserum and the tumor-bearing animal serum were used for agar and convection electrophoresis. The positive rate was 80%, and the other 20 cases were inoculated with the tumor 84 days later. The serum of animals was tested for positive AFP by convection electrophoresis. The quantitative result was 31306±16066 ng/ml. Liver cancer tissue free
