芬兰罗得罗基公司拉海钢铁厂有两座有效容积为893立方米的高炉、1号高炉在1985年完成了改造.2号高炉在1986年进行了改造。改造后两座高炉在现代水平上有了很大的提高.特别是采用了罗得罗基高炉监控系统.同时更新了过程计算机和电气设备,增加了一定数量的测量点。本文介绍了罗得罗基高炉监控系统的总体设计思想、采用罗得罗基监控系统实现高炉过程控制的目的及效果、高炉监控系统相关仪表设备及测量点、基础自动化以及高炉监视系统等。
Finland’s Rhodia Rockefeller Steel Company has two blast furnaces with an effective volume of 893 cubic meters and the No. 1 blast furnace was completed in 1985. After the renovation of the two blast furnaces in the modern level has been greatly improved.Especially the use of the Luo De Luoji blast furnace monitoring system.At the same time update the process of computer and electrical equipment, an increase of a certain number of measurement points. This paper introduces the overall design idea of the Rotorodai blast furnace monitoring system, the purpose and effect of using the Rotorodhi monitoring system to control the blast furnace process, the related instrumentation and measuring points of the blast furnace monitoring system, the basic automation and the blast furnace monitoring system.
