本文在分析国外关于计算机安全管理与机密保护的基础上,从我国计算机使用的实际情况出发,论述了加强包括建筑、附属设备、消防、法律、防止犯罪等方面的计算机安全管理与机密保护之必要性。并提出了开展计算机系统安全与机密保护对策研究、开展安全管理教育、制定安全管理与机密保护法等具体措施。
