目的掌握西秀区基本公共卫生服务项目工作现状,为下一步工作提供依据。方法对西秀区2012年12月组织的专项调查资料进行分析。结果 23个基层医疗卫生机构基本公共卫生服务规范中5个项目工作合格率为78.64%,现场(或电话)核实合格率(85.65%)明显高于档案质量合格率(72.21%);合格率高的单位高达91.87%,低的单位低至36.63%;公办单位(79.90%)合格率最高,其次是私立单位(75.32%),厂矿医院(61.72%)最低;老年人管理(86.54%)合格率最高,2型糖尿病患者管理(70.95%)最低;乡镇(79.88%)合格率最高,其次为城区(77.07%),城乡结合部(71.73%)最低;有专职人员的单位(80.44%)合格率明显高于无专职人员的单位(72.90%);开展培训、督导的单位(79.36%)合格率明显高于未开展培训、督导的单位(72.18%);乡医、村医随访管理之间合格率差异无统计学意义。结论提高西秀区的基本公共卫生服务项目工作合格率,要提供经费,加大培训、督导力度;要落实专职人员;要重点加强城乡结合部的工作;要加大项目工作宣传力度;要创造条件让承担基本公共卫生服务项目工作的私立单位、厂矿医院转为公办单位。
Objective To master the status quo of the basic public health services in Xixiu District and provide the basis for further work. Methods The survey data of Xixiu District in December 2012 were analyzed. Results The qualified rate of 5 items in the basic public health service standards of 23 primary health care institutions was 78.64%, and the passing rate (85.65%) on the spot (or telephone) was significantly higher than the passing rate of file quality (72.21%); the pass rate was high (91.87%) and low (36.63%). The highest pass rate of public sector (79.90%) followed by private sector (75.32%), factory and hospital (61.72%) was the lowest (70.95%) were the lowest in type 2 diabetes mellitus; township (79.88%) had the highest pass rate, followed by urban areas (77.07%) and urban-rural areas with the lowest (71.73%); those with full-time staffs (80.44% (72.90%) were significantly higher than those without full-time staff (79.36%). The passing rate of those who carried out training and supervision was significantly higher than those without training and supervision (72.18%). Qualified among township doctors and village doctors follow- No significant difference in rates. Conclusion To improve the passing rate of basic public health service projects in Xixiu District, it is necessary to provide funds, increase training and supervision; implement full-time personnel; strengthen the work of the urban-rural integration department; increase the publicity of project work; Conditions for basic public health services to undertake the work of private units, factories and mines hospitals to public units.
