目的:为探明川续断人工种植氮磷钾的最佳配比施用量。方法:采用三元一次回归正交试验设计,研究氮磷钾配比施用对川续断干燥根产量的影响。结果:氮磷钾配比肥料处理增产效应为N>K2O>P2O5;氮磷钾配比肥料对川续断干燥根产量影响的回归方程为:y=5758.71+194.48x1+101.38x3;各处理川续断干燥根产量多重比较,尿素和硫酸钾上水平处理与零水平处理之间差异不显著,上水平处理和零水平处理与下水平处理存在显著差异。结论:比较氮磷钾肥料的偏生产力和生产效率,建议人工种植川续断的施肥量为:尿素225 kg/hm2,过磷酸钙337.5 kg/hm2,硫酸钾225 kg/hm2。
Objective: To determine the best proportioning of N, P and K in Artificial Dipsacus plantation. Methods: The ternary quadratic regression orthogonal design was used to study the effects of NPK fertilization on the yield of dry roots of Chuanxuan continued. Results: The yield-increasing effect of N, P and K fertilizers was N> K2O> P2O5. The regression equation of the effect of N, P, K fertilizers on yield of dry roots was: y = 5758.71 + 194.48x1 + 101.38x3; The results showed that there was no significant difference between zero level treatment and urea level and potassium sulfate treatment. There were significant differences between upper level treatment and zero level treatment and lower level treatment. Conclusion: The bioproductivity and production efficiency of NPK fertilizers were compared. It is suggested that the fertilization amount of Artemisia ordosica was 225 kg / hm2 urea, 337.5 kg / hm2 superphosphate and 225 kg / hm2 potassium sulfate.
