日本京都大学医学部脑外科桥本信夫讲师等首次人工制成猴脑动脉瘤。方法是:①结扎颈动脉,使血液流通完全停止;②结扎两侧肾动脉分支以减少血流量,造成高血压;③在饲料中掺进可促血管变脆的β氨基丙晴这种药物。结扎单侧颈:动脉是根据以下原因,观察蛛网膜下腔出血的患者,80%左右出现血管粗细不等,从而考虑血流量不平衡与生长动脉瘤有关。患者未必都是高血压,只是为了增加脑内负荷,特意使之成为高血压。对16头雌性的实验猴,将上述条件逐步加以改变,每隔3个月进行一次脑血管摄影。结果,除了因手术等失败以外的5头猴中,存活超过一年的2头现了动脉瘤,余下3头也可确认早期病变。经解剖发现,2头猴均在颅底动脉呈环状连结的部位的右侧血管有几处形成了肿瘤,而且均在动脉的
