目的进一步对兰科石斛属植物晶帽石斛Dendrobium crystallinum的化学成分进行研究。方法应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS、MCI柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从晶帽石斛醋酸乙酯和正丁醇部分共分离并鉴定了10个化合物,分别为4′-羟基-3,3′,5-三甲氧基联苄(1)、5′-羟基-3,3′,4-三甲氧基联苄(2)、3,3′-二羟基-5-甲氧基联苄(即山药素III)(3)、3,4′-二羟基-5-甲氧基联苄(4)、山柰酚(5)、6″-O-(3′′′-羟基-3′′′-甲基戊二酰)牡荆苷(6)、乌苏酸(7)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(8)、尿苷(9)、丁香脂素(10)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物6、9为首次从兰科植物中分离得到,化合物2、8为首次从石斛属植物中分离得到。
Aim To further study the chemical constituents of Dendrobium crystallinum from Dendrobium Orchidaceae. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and MCI column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Ten compounds were identified and identified as ethyl 4-hydroxy-3,3 ’, 5-trimethoxybibenzyl (1), 5’-hydroxy-3 , 3 ’, 4-trimethoxybibenzyl (2), 3,3’-dihydroxy-5-methoxybenzyl (ie yamycin III) Methoxybenzylidene (4), kaempferol (5), 6 "-O- (3 ’’ - hydroxy- 3 ’’ - methylglutaryl) vitexin (6) (7), ergosta-7,22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (8), uridine (9), and melatonin (10) .CONCLUSION All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time Among them, compounds 6 and 9 were isolated from orchids for the first time, while compounds 2 and 8 were isolated from Dendrobium for the first time.
