对CuNiBeZr合金进行了固溶、冷变形、时效等一系列不同热处理工艺试验,特别是对不同工艺时效后合金的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,CuNiBeZr合金先经固溶,再经过25%冷变形、340℃×1 h+470℃×2.5 h分级时效处理后,合金具有优良的综合性能,抗拉强度达到809 MPa,硬度达到251 HB,导电率达到57.2%IACS。经分级时效处理后,CuNiBeZr合金具有高的抗拉强度与硬度,同时保持较高的导电率。
The CuNiBeZr alloy was subjected to a series of different heat treatment processes such as solution treatment, cold deformation and aging, especially the microstructure and properties of the alloys after different aging treatments. The results show that the CuNiBeZr alloy is first solid solution, and then after 25% cold deformation, aging treatment at 340 ℃ × 1 h + 470 ℃ × 2.5 h, the alloy has excellent comprehensive properties, the tensile strength reaches 809 MPa and the hardness reaches 251 HB, the conductivity reaches 57.2% IACS. After graded aging, CuNiBeZr alloy has high tensile strength and hardness, while maintaining high electrical conductivity.
