目的:探讨郑州地区夏初尸食性麻蝇的生长发育规律,为该地区该季节人体死亡时间推断提供法医昆虫学依据。方法:以人肝组织作为诱饵和培养物,观察郑州地区夏初尸食性麻蝇的生长演变过程及特点。结果:在郑州地区夏初,尸食性麻蝇首先飞临尸体产蛆,培养物放置48h见麻蝇幼蛆,幼蛆体长在幼蛆出生后的72h内与生长时间呈近似的直线关系。幼蛆出生后144h变蛹,19d变蝇。结论:郑州地区夏初季节尸食性麻蝇的生长发育具有明显的规律性,可为该地区推断人体死亡时间提供依据。
Objective: To explore the law of growth and development of autophagous flies in early summer of Zhengzhou, and to provide forensic entomological basis for inferring the time of human death in this area in this area. Methods: Human liver tissue was taken as bait and culture to observe the growth and evolution of autophagous flies in early summer of Zhengzhou. Results: At the beginning of summer in Zhengzhou, autophagous flies flew in the body to produce maggots. The culture larvae were exposed to maggot larvae for 48 hours. The larvae ’s body length was approximately linear with the growth time within 72 hours after birth. Young maggots become pupae at 144h after birth, and fly at 19d. CONCLUSION: The growth and development of necrophagous fly in Zhengzhou early summer season have obvious regularity, which can provide the basis for inferring the time of human death in this area.
