直接还原技术属非高炉制铁领域。是一种以铁精矿复合粘结剂球团为原料,经一步高温过程生产直接还原铁的工艺。由于没有传统钢铁生产流程矿石熔化为铁水、渗碳、然后再脱碳炼钢这个过程,碳耗低、CO2排放少,是一种短流程、低污染、节能降耗的冶金新工艺。我国自上世纪就着手进行非高炉冶炼技术研究,取得了较好的成果。攀枝花钒钛磁铁共生矿富含铁、钒、钛、铬等有价金属,能否用直接还原技术将铁、钒、钛等资源同时回收是钒钛磁铁矿资源高值利用的重大技术问题。上世纪七十年代末,方毅副总理组织科技人员进行了艰苦攻关并取得了大量成果。2000年以来,攀枝花市在非高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿研究过程中取得了重大突破,铁、钒、钛等有价元素回收产业化前景良好,资源综合利用取得了长足的发展。今天,将攀枝花市非高炉直接还原技术阶段性工作概括地总结出来,希望各界给予更多的关注和重视。
Direct reduction technology is non-blast furnace iron field. It is a kind of iron concentrate composite binder pellets as raw material, through one-step high temperature process to produce direct reduction iron process. Because there is no traditional steel production process melting ore into molten iron, carburizing, and then decarburization steelmaking process, low carbon consumption, less CO2 emissions, is a short process, low pollution, energy saving metallurgical new process. Since the last century, China started to carry out non-blast furnace smelting technology and achieved good results.
