以在中国河南省投运的首台± 2 0 Mvar STATCOM的控制系统设计为背景 ,研究了采用不同输入信号时对可控性和可观性的影响 ,指出线路有功潮流并不是最佳的 STATCOM稳定控制输入信号 ,建议选择经过 STATCOM输出电流和当地短路阻抗补偿的电压信号作为阻尼控制器的输入。该方法简单实用 ,已在± 2 0 Mvar STATCOM中实施。
Taking the control system design of the first ± 2 0 Mvar STATCOM put into operation in Henan Province of China as the background, the influence of different input signals on controllability and observability is studied. It is pointed out that the active power flow of the line is not the best STATCOM stability It is recommended to select the voltage signal that is compensated by the STATCOM output current and the local short-circuit impedance as the input to the damping controller. The method is simple and practical and has been implemented in ± 20 Mvar STATCOMs.
