本文对高职院校产教融合、校企合作进行研究实践表明,高职院校与企业高度融合开展应用型人才培养,从课程体系与教学内容、实践教学、教学方法与手段、注重过程考核等方面进行改革,做到培养目标与用人标准相一致;专业设置与企业需求相一致;技能训练与岗位要求相一致。这三个一致是实现高职院校应用型、技能型人才培养目标的重要基础。
This paper carries out research on the integration of production and teaching in higher vocational colleges and the cooperation between schools and enterprises. It shows that the higher vocational colleges and enterprises are highly integrated to carry out the training of applied talents. The curriculum system and teaching contents, practical teaching, teaching methods and means, And other aspects of reform, so that training objectives and employment standards are consistent; professional settings consistent with business needs; skills training and job requirements are consistent. These three agreements are the important basis for achieving the goal of training applied and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.
