在线旅游依托互联网,以其低廉的交易成本、个性化的服务方式及便捷的旅客互动等优势,逐渐成为推动全球旅游经济发展的一股不可忽视的新兴力量。本文利用美国大学文献检索的6个数据库,分四个方面总结了在线旅游的研究新进展:在线旅游旅游者行为研究,在线旅游社区研究,在线旅游企业服务质量及营销策略研究,在线旅游产业链关系研究。本文通过综述这些国外的研究成果,以期对国内该领域的相关研究和在线旅游的实践提供借鉴。
Relying on the Internet, online travel, with its low transaction costs, personalized service and convenient passenger interaction, has gradually become an emerging force that can promote the global tourism economy. In this paper, we use the six databases of American university literature search to summarize the new research progress of online tourism in four aspects: the research of online tourism tourist behavior, the research of online tourism community, the research of online travel business service quality and marketing strategy, the online travel industry chain Relationship research. This article summarizes the research results of these foreign countries with a view to providing references for the relevant research in this field and the practice of online travel.
