文章首先简述了机车、车辆现用制动压缩空气由于不洁净对铁路运输的危害,进一步介绍了制动压缩空气净化的一些具体问题。文章主要分析、提出了制动压缩空气的净化标准;提出了机车压缩空气净化装置的流程设置及其作用;探讨了压缩空气中液态和固态悬浮微粒的捕集原理;探讨了吸附干燥原理,井结合试验阐述了某些性能参数的控制。文章认为,广泛采用此形式的机车制动压缩空气净化装置,对提高铁路运输安全,延长制动机的检斗争期有重要意义,能获得较大经济效益。
The article first briefly describes the locomotive, the existing brake compressed air vehicle due to the harmfulness of railway transport hazards, and further introduces some of the specific problems of brake compressed air purification. In this paper, the purification standards of brake compressed air are put forward. The flow setting of compressed air purifying device for locomotive and its function are put forward. The principle of trapping liquid and solid aerosols in compressed air is discussed. The principle of adsorption drying is discussed. The combination test illustrates the control of certain performance parameters. The article believes that the extensive use of this form of locomotive brake compressed air purification device is of great significance to improving the railway transport safety and prolonging the inspection period of the brake machine and can obtain greater economic benefits.
