在平板胶印中,所使用的印刷版的基板多数是铝薄板。PS版是英文预感光版(Presen-Sitized Plate)的简称,为平板胶印印刷版的一种,是涂覆有预感光层的印刷版。感光层为有感光性能的重氮化合物树脂,支持感光层的是薄铝板,铝板基大多是用L3、L5-1与LF21等合金轧制的。 PS版的制造原理如图1所示。有图像部分吸附疏水性油墨,而排斥水。没有图像部分的铝表面是亲水性的,即吸附水,而不吸附油墨。图2是PS版的印刷示意图。首先向版面供水,然后旋转有油墨的辊筒,有图的版面吸附油墨,把图像转印到树胶膜上,再转印到纸上。 PS版是一种新型感光版材,具有一系
